<P>Beyoncé truly is the Queen B. She has been voted People's World's Most Beautiful Woman in the magazine's latest issue, which celebrates all things beautiful. And these days she says the thing that makes her feel most beautiful is her baby girl, Blue Ivy.</P><P>"I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," Beyoncé told the magazine. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."</P><P>Beyoncé continues to gush about her baby girl, saying, "She's just the cutest thing," adding that she makes up songs to sing just to Blue Ivy. When asked which of her parents the baby resembles more, B responded, "She looks like Blue. She's her own person."</P><P>While Beyoncé is focused on her "love" of changing diapers these days, she is prepping to get back to work. But she seems to feel her greatest achievement is baby Blue. "The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy," she explained. "The word 'love' means something completely different now."</P><P>Beyoncé is slated to perform in Atlantic City over Memorial Day weekend and is rumored to be working on new music for a follow-up to 2011's <i>4.</i></P><P>This is the ninth time the pop singer has made the issue, which hits newsstands Friday. The list also includes Angelina Jolie; Jennifer Lawrence; Adele; newly pregnant Megan Fox; "Snow White and the Huntsman" villain Charlize Theron; the Snow White of "Mirror Mirror," Lily Collins; "Mad Men" vixen Christina Hendricks; Michelle Williams and Kate Middleton.</P><P>Guys who made the cut in the Most Beautiful issue include the Sexiest Man Alive himself, Bradley Cooper, David Beckham, Blake Shelton and Ashton Kutcher. In 2011, "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez was crowned People's Most Beautiful Woman.</P><P>

Can you believe it's already movie awards season again? We're talking about the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, of course — one of our favorite times of the year.
The official nominees list is out and full of fun new additions in category, performance and movie form. As in the past three years, "Twilight" is nominated in two areas that the fan-favorite franchise has dominated: Best Kiss and Best Movie.
This week's Twilight Tuesday is all about analyzing what will go down live on the awards show Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT, particularly with the history of "Twilight" and the Best Kiss category, which three-time winners Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will likely continue to rule with their "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" smooch.
Their competitors this year are actually pretty fierce: Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone ("Crazy, Stupid, Love."), Rupert Grint and Emma Watson ("Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2"), Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson ("The Hunger Games"), and Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum ("The Vow").
Stiff competition or not, because Stewart and Pattinson have such a seriously dedicated fanbase and a great track record with both their Movie Awards appearances and award acceptances, we're betting the odds are in their favor. It all started back in 2009, when Stewart and Pattinson took home the golden popcorn for their first onscreen kiss as beloved characters Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. It was all about the art of the tease back then, as the two stars didn't actually kiss during their acceptance.
In 2010, they came back ready to play and treated fans to a wisp of a kiss after their win. Then, last year, Pattinson brought the house down when he stormed into the audience to plant a wet one on co-star Taylor Lautner.
We're not ones to count chickens before they hatch, but what might Stewart and Pattinson do this year if they win? Kiss other co-stars? Kiss each other and all of the Cullen family in attendance?
Head over to MovieAwards.MTV.com to vote for your favorite flicks now! The 21st annual MTV Movie Awards air live Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET.

Jessica Simpson has added a new hyphenate to her resume: She's now a mom! The singer/actress/fashion mogul and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, welcomed a nine-pound-13-ounce baby girl named Maxwell Drew Johnson, she announced on her website.
It's the first child for the couple, who got engaged in November 2010. Simpson confirmed that she was going to be a mom in the punniest way around on Halloween 2011 when, after much speculation about her expanding waistline, she posted a photo of herself and her baby bump dressed up as a "mummy."
Of little Maxwell, she told Elle that she had the baby's name picked out for some time and wanted it to be personal to her. "It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary," she said about her daughter. "Still, when people hear it, they'll know ... why."
As for marrying Johnson, she shared with Jay Leno that she wants to wait until she can wear a properly pretty wedding dress again in a svelte frame. "I want him to be my husband so bad. I do still want to wear the pretty gown and everything, and I have to wait till after the baby. Now she'll just be in the wedding," she said about her plans to marry the former football player and including their baby girl in the wedding ceremony.
Currently, Simpson is one of the mentors on NBC's fashion reality show, "Fashion Star," where she appears alongside fellow fashion entrepreneurs and designers Nicole Richie and John Varvatos. Now, it seems that she has a new mentee in Maxwell.
During promo for the show, shortly before she gave birth, she joked about her very, very large size to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, placing all the blame on her fiancé. "Believe it or not, there is only one girl, but I did get knocked up by a baller," she laughed. "A big football player. That's what I get. He's like 6'4"."
In March, Simpson celebrated her impending motherhood with a celeb-attended baby shower. "Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Alba and little sister Ashlee all turned up at the baby-friendly fete to bestow her with all the gifts she'll need now that she's added "mom" to her already busy resume.
In the weeks leading up to the birth, it felt like Simpson had long-extended her due date. She even joked about the highly--anticipated birth on her Perry joked, "Has Jessica Simpson had that baby yet?! I'm getting anxious."
Weeks later, Perry's anxiety should have gone away, when Simpson's family was spotted entering an Alessandra Ambrosio
MTV News takes a look at the pros and cons of bringing Spears onboard as a judge for the reality singing competition.
By John Mitchell
<P>The news that Britney Spears is reportedly in final negotiations to join "The X Factor" has set the MTV Newsroom on fire. Opinion on whether the pop star is a good fit for the reality singing competition has been sharply divided, so we decided to take on the topic the way we're sure Simon Cowell did before making Spears a reported $10 million offer: a good, old-fashioned pros and cons list. </P><P> </P><P> </P><P> </P><P><big><b>Pro: She'll attract viewers</b></big><br> </P><P>The debut season of "The X Factor" performed well below expectations. Its heavily hyped premiere pulled in 12.1 million total viewers and a meager 4.4/12 rating in the advertiser-coveted 18 to 49 demographic. That's about half of what the 2011 season of "American Idol" averaged ("Idol" is having its own ratings woes this season), and it didn't even win the night: Emmy-winning sitcom "Modern Family" drew 14.3 million viewers and a 6.0/15 for its season premiere. </P><P> </P><P>The poor ratings precipitated the overhaul that saw judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones fired from the show. </P><P> </P><P>There's no question that Spears would bring viewers to "The X Factor." She enjoys a large and devout fanbase who will basically follow her just about anywhere. And beyond her own fans, Spears' celebrity would also likely draw attention from the general public, who will tune in simply to see how she does. </P><P> </P><P><big><b> Con: She's become nervous on camera </b></big><br> </P><P> </P><P>Though she can still wow a crowd live in concert, as evidenced by last year's successful tour behind her hit album <i>Femme Fatale,</i> Spears has become increasingly tentative during interviews. She rarely grants on-camera sit-downs, and when she does, she seems nervous and uncomfortable. </P><P> </P><P>To be a strong judge or mentor on a reality show, you have to be <i>very</i> comfortable on camera. Part of what made Jennifer Lopez click last season on "Idol" was that she came across as confident, direct and often empathetic. She even broke down in tears after sending home contestant Chris Medina, whose fiancée suffered a severe brain injury in a car accident. The key word here is <i>after.</i> It's hard to imagine Spears being able to keep it together and deliver such difficult news in similar circumstances. </P><P>It's worth noting that a high-drama situation arose on the first season of "The X Factor" -- one that left contestant Rachel Crow sobbing onstage and Scherzinger a wreck ... a wreck who received death threats. Producers should also consider whether it's wise to send Spears, who has dealt with emotional issues in the past, into a genre that thrives when the emotional stakes are high. </P><P> </P><P><big><b>Pro: she is a contemporary artist</b></big><br> </P><P>One of the things we like most about "The Voice" is that its judges — Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton — are all active artists. They are all still hitting the studio to make hit records, and that lends a great deal of credibility to their opinions when they critique a contestant's performance. We don't mean to slight Abdul or Scherzinger, but you could argue that a legacy singer who hasn't released an album in over 17 years and a performer who has had a difficult time getting her own solo singing career off the ground aren't the best judges of who does and does not have "The X Factor." </P><P> </P><P>On the other hand, Spears may be. Last year's Femme Fatale gave Spears three top-10 singles — the most of any of her seven albums — and earned some of the best reviews of her career. While it's true that she did not write or produce much of the record, she was most certainly involved in picking her collaborators, which actually could speak well of her ability to know talent when she sees it. Spears also smartly chose red-hot rapper Nicki Minaj to open on the North American leg of her tour. </P><P> </P><P>When it comes to the contemporary pop music scene, Spears knows what works. </P><P> </P><P><big><b>Con: She's not known for her singing</b></big><br> </P><P>Unlike Aguilera, whose talent as a vocalist is indisputable, Spears is not known for her singing. By signing her to judge and mentor a singing competition, "X Factor" producers are setting themselves up for inevitable criticism. "Who is Britney Spears to judge a singing competition?" critics will scream (and they won't be wrong). </P><P> </P><P>When Aguilera critiques a performer's vocals, she speaks with authority — and her ear for singing proved to make her the most discerning judge on the "Voice" panel during the blind auditions. Spears' judging style will likely be based on liking what's already there, but she's not going to have much insight on missed notes or pitch, which will cripple her ability to further mentor her team. How can she help them improve as vocalists when it's a truth universally acknowledged that she's not really a vocalist herself? </P><P> </P><P><i>Do you think Britney Spears is a good choice for "The X Factor"? Let us know in the comments below.</i></p>
