Jason Sudeikis is obviously no stranger to the pressures of live TV. On Sunday, he'll join a long list of "Saturday Night Live" stars who've hosted the MTV Movie Awards that includes Andy Samberg, Jimmy Fallon, Eddie Murphy, Mike Myers and Dennis Miller.
Nevertheless, Sudeikis told us he'll be psyching himself up in the mirror in the moments before the show. Standing backstage with his "Horrible Bosses" co-star Jason Bateman shortly after an MTV News screening and Q&A of their comedy at the Pacific Design Center on Wednesday night, Sudeikis even offered to demonstrate some of the things he'll be telling himself before the big show.
"Remember to keep your eyes open, Jason! Nobody likes a mumbler. And, uh, 'Got your nose!' It's like my catchphrase to myself. 'Got your nose!' "
"With a little wink?" Bateman asked. "He's adorable!"
All kidding aside, Bateman was confident that his buddy won't need any extra coaching. "He doesn't need any advice. This guy's been good on his feet for years and years, that's why he has the best job in show business on 'SNL.' You people at MTV are very lucky to have him."
"We've kept a tight group," Sudeikis said of his preparation process. "I've been very fortunate to have a lot of my friends and co-workers from 'SNL' helping out and they had a great group out here [in Los Angeles]. Mark Burnett [the event producer] has been my boss in regards to this, and I've spoken with him twice and he's been nice. No 'horrible bosses' at this point."
"Just don't be hungover," Bateman said, turning his eyes to Sudeikis. "Be all you. Just make sure you're there and well rested, angel," he added.
Then he went in for a kiss (you have to watch the video).
So what can we expect from the show?
"I bet people will be screaming after certain movies are named," Sudeikis offered. "I bet it will run exactly on time and I bet that ... It's very difficult [to predict]. Well, probably, I bet someone dies."
Bateman smiled. "That's great! Tune in for some good death, Sunday night, MTV!"

Even though she attended the Vans Custom Culture Contest Finale event last night, Hayden Panettiere was spotted out and about in New York City today (June 3).
The ?Heroes? babe looked cute as she left the FOX & Friends studio and headed off to the Anthony Leonard Salon for her scheduled hair appointment.
Awhile later, the blonde beauty emerged with a significantly shorter ?do and patiently waited for the cross-walk to change before heading off on her way.
Clearing the air concerning a recent rumor, Hayden told Us Weekly last night that she is not dating New York Jets quarterback, Mark Sanchez. She explained, ?There's genuinely, absolutely nothing going on. I've always been that girl who has a lot of dude friends. I'm into sports so we have a lot in common, but no, definitely 100 per cent not dating.?

Gisele Bundchen might really have it all. Besides her killer bod, gorgeous face, superstar athlete husband and beautiful baby boy, the supermodel is on track to become a billionaire!
According to Forbes, Bundchen, 30, will most likely be the first billionaire supermodel -- and the first self-made Brazillian female to ever rake in that kind of cash.
So where is all the money coming from? Well, in addition to being the face of designer brands like Versace and Dior, Tom Brady's wife is in the process of "branding herself." Gisele has been putting her name on a slew of products ranging from jewelry to eco-friendly cosmetics and lingerie, which is part of the reason why she's been a staple on Forbes' Celebrity 100 list for the last 10 years.
"According to a recent report in Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo, Bundchen could add as much as ($19 million) per year to her estimated $45 million annual income," Forbes says.
In 2011, Bundchen came in at no. 60 on Forbes' coveted list, while Brady ranked just five spots higher at no. 55. The very fortunate couple are parents to a (very lucky!) 18-month-old son, Benjamin.

Katherine Jackson and family are pursuing a claim against concert promoter.
By Gil Kaufman
When he was alive, Michael Jackson was forever embroiled in a series of complex and expensive-sounding lawsuits. But even in death, the late King of Pop is the subject of major legal action. None could potentially be bigger than the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the pop icon's mother, Katherine Jackson, against concert promotion giant AEG Live.
Reuters reported that a Los Angeles judge ruled on Wednesday that the civil lawsuit can go forward. It will proceed in parallel with the criminal case against Jackson's physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with Jackson's June 2009 death from an overdose of the powerful surgical anesthetic propofol. Murray is the only person charged in Jackson's death and he is currently awaiting trial in that matter.
Katherine Jackson's lawsuit — filed in September on behalf of her and Jackson's three young children — accuses AEG of being responsible for the medical decisions made by Murray, whose salary was paid by the touring company behind Jackson's attempted "This Is It" comeback shows in London. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Yvette Palazuelos denied a motion on Wednesday by AEG to dismiss Katherine Jackson's suit, but warned Jackson's attorneys that they would need to show evidence of "fraud, negligent infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy" in order to win the case.
The judge has already said she doubts they can prove the latter charge, because the suit does not detail any agreement between Murray and AEG to break the law in providing medical care to Jackson.
"If the object was to get him to rehearsals, I don't see that as a wrongful or illegal act," the judge said. A lawyer for AEG told the judge that the company could not have predicted beforehand that Murray's medical decisions would result in Jackson's death. Court papers also show that AEG "did not choose to hire Murray" and had only participated in negotiations to bring him on as an independent contractor. Michael, who had previously been treated by Murray in Las Vegas, was reportedly the one who suggested the cardiologist serve as his personal, on-call physician during the "This Is It" rehearsals and shows.
Katherine Jackson's attorney recently dropped choreographer Kenny Ortega from the lawsuit based on new information they received about his actions. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for March 22, just six days before Murray is due back in court for his trial. Jackson's father, Joseph, has twice attempted to file a wrongful death suit in the matter, though his is focused on Murray and the Las Vegas pharmacy that supplied the propofol, not AEG Live.
